Kathi Hanson has been teaching workshops across the U.S. and Canada Since 1995. She is known for her vast knowledge of subject matter and special effects in multiple mediums. Her workshops are a popular venue everywhere she goes due to her creative, informative teaching style, and the personal attention she gives to every student. She has won several awards for her work, created over forty articles for national art magazines, and is a contributing artist in both Painters Quick Reference- Landscapes by North Light Books and Leisure Arts “Designer Canvases” book. Her video “Learn To Draw and Paint With Watercolor Pencils” and her instructional booklet in General Pencil's #70 kit “Learn Watercolor Pencil Techniques Now” are popular items sold nationwide.
