- My boyfriend and I recently took up painting.
I took up watercolors and he took up oil painting. We don't have
a lot of storage space so he laid his paint tubes on the floor in
our second bedroom overnight. Keep in mind we have that light silver
carpet that EVERYTHING stains! Well, tonight I noticed a dark brown
circle the size of a nickel on the carpet and I thought it was chocolate
so I didn't worry about it, until we had been going in and out of
the room through the night and I noticed brown STREAKS all over
the carpet, down the hall in our bedroom...just EVERYWHERE! And
I was trying to figure out what it was...I was sitting on the floor
and put my hand down to pick up the paints and suddenly my hand
was brown. Naturally, I freaked out! We rent and there was NO WAY
we could afford to replace the carpets in our place!!! I was trying
to figure out what to do and then remembered he bought a Kiss-Off
Stain Remover. I was very skeptical, I have to say. He took the
stick, started rubbing and the stains, even the deep ones where
large amounts of paint had been ground into the carpet, started
to come out!!! I absolutely couldn't believe it! I kept waiting
for the stains to reappear but they didn't. I am a complete clean
freak and could never have even thought of going to sleep tonight
if we hadn't used the Kiss-Off Stain Remover. I wish I had taken
a picture so I could show you the difference. ALL OF THE STAINS
ARE GONE! I can't thank you enough. You saved us and our carpet!

- I would like to firstly say how much I enjoy your charcoal products. I have
been using the General 6B charcoal pencil for more than a decade, and have
recently discovered your powdered charcoal product. I love the way it produces
a smooth velvet tone in shadows and lowlights when creating chiaroscuro drawings.
I also love the way it bonds with the drawing surface better than a pastel
would.

Bet you don't get many people that take the time to do that,
huh? Just purchased the earth tone sticks, and boy what a treat.
I am kind of new at drawing and schetching [sic], and your products
are the only thing I use. I am NEVER disappointed [sic] with
the pencil (Just what I do with them, sometimes), but I truely
