I’m a disabled vet with not a lot of money to spend I was going back and forth on spending a lot more for a French made product because i own some I didn’t even consider Generals. Well today I wasn’t feeling to hot so I knew I had to continue with my art. I stopped by Michaels and got 40 percent off at that price I could take a shot. What made me choose Generals multipastels over the others was the flag. I finally sat down to draw a hibiscus and wow I was blown away by how smooth the pigment was.. it laid down the best I have ever felt. I was ecstatic at that point. Even better is the fact that there is an eraser that get everything without destroying the tooth. I wanted to take the time to tell you what a great product you have and I look forward to trying your other products!!! Good job and merry Christmas

I too have to brag about your pencils!! I bought General's Cedar Pointe #333 2HB pencils, and what a delight! I teach, so you might know our Walmart Target and Office depot stores stock up on CHEAP pencils! I write a lot with pencils, and a decade ago, my Japan made Canon manual pencil sharpener gave out after working for 30+ years. I investigated the blade drum, and discovered lots of powdery shavings got stuck in between the spiral blade. That powder was resin. It broke my amazing vintage sharpener. Since then, I have set out to search for good pencils, and I particularly, buy USA made. Until I stumbled on General's Pencils, I read your story, and I have tried your pencils!! It gives me so much pride you are one of the few still doing things with quality!! I hope more people discover how inexpensive your products are for the quality you give!! Comments are closed.
